The 4 Phases to Feeling Better in your Body
- Phase 1: Life Consult and Goal-Setting
- Initial consultation to discuss goals, challenges, and areas of focus, this is a personal experience, not a one-size-fits-all approach
- A review of current lifestyle habits, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, mental loads, and body image (with absolutely no judgement!)
- Together we set out your non-negotiables and wellbeing goals
- I create your personalised ‘Feel Good in your Body Action Plan’
- Phase 2: Mindset and Behaviour Change
Our coaching sessions will explore the mindset and behavior patterns that may be stopping you from making sustainable changes
- We’ll talk about nutrition, exercise, sleep, energy, and stress management principles
- We’ll Identify barriers to change and any limiting beliefs you may be holding onto
- You’ll get guided self-reflection exercises to help identify and overcome limiting beliefs and negative self-talk
- You’ll get accountability and support to help establish new habits and routines
- Phase 3: Body Image and Self-Care
Our coaching sessions will explore your body image, self-care practices, body positivity affirmations, and self-acceptance principles
- We’ll talk about your stress response pathway and how this impacts your body, hormones, weight, mood, and energy
- You’ll get guided self-reflection exercises to help improve body image and develop a personalised self-care plan
- You’ll get accountability and support to help prioritise self-care and body positivity practices
- Phase 4: Integration and Maintenance
In the final phase we’ll review your progress so far and discuss strategies for maintaining healthy habits and mindset shifts so you can continue to feel better in your body
- Together, we’ll outline some future action planning to ensure long-term success and sustainability
- You’ll get follow-up support to ensure continued progress and success
The 4 Phases to Feeling Better in your Body
- Each personalised coaching session is 60 minutes over Google Meet and you’ll get 1 per month, as well as a monthly 15-minute check-in and weekly text accountability check-ins
- One of the first things we’ll do together is create a personalised Feel Better In Your Body action plan, so you’ll always have it to refer to.
- You’ll also get weekly accountability via text so you can ask any questions that come up.
- Join a private Facebook group of women supporting each other to feel better in their bodies.
- This isn’t just a nutrition and exercise plan. We’ll work through any core limiting beliefs that mean your healthy habits haven’t stuck in the past.
- You’ll walk away feeling empowered about what’s going on inside your body, with knowledge on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, mental loads, and body image principles.
- As well as your stress response pathway and how this impacts your body, hormones, weight, mood, and energy.
- As well as guided self-reflection exercises you can continue to use to promote mindset and behaviour change and your personalised Feel Better In Your Body action plan you’ll get ongoing follow-ups to ensure long-term success and sustainability.
- Access to a private Facebook group of women supporting each other, so you’ll never feel like you’re going it alone.

Nourish to Flourish - Foundation Program (4 months)
This program is for you if you feel like…
- You want to start with fundamentals of making healthier mind, body and soul choices
- Making a healthy snack, or finding time to exercise is unachievable in your busy day
- You use alcohol one glass too often as a de-stress method
- You don’t trust or feel in control of your body or mood
- You want to change some of your behaviours and create healthier habits
- Most wellbeing advice doesn’t take into account real life, like eating out and work/home life juggles
Together we’ll work through my 4 nourish pillars, focussing on one pillar each month:
- Nourish (what we consume, food, news, social media, toxic products)
- Mind (mindset, inner critic, self-compassion)
- Connect (self, others, nature, cultivate joy)
- Move (exercise, breath work, stretch)
